Our Directors

Hannah Noel Winkler, Artistic Director

Hannah Noel Winkler is a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Carmel and a Westfield resident. She is the founder of Radiance Dance Company. All productions are original works by Miss Winkler. She has trained extensively in many areas of dance including Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern (Graham and Horton), Character, Jazz and Tap as well as having experience in Musical Theater. Hannah was an intern for Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre and a member of the G2 preprofessional performance group. She was in the top 24 placement at the Youth American Grand Prix solo competition with her performances of variations from “La Esmeralda” and “Les Sylphides”, has worked with top dancers from around the world such as Ogulcan Borova, Yoshito Sakuraba, Valery Lantratov, and Carla Korbes. She has attended seasonal intensive sessions ranging from Butler University in Indianapolis to Martha Graham in New York, to Gus Giordano based in Chicago. Performance experience includes Coppelia, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker (Both Classical and Modern versions), Paquita, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Les Sylphides, Cinderella (Contemporary Version), The Princess and The Pea Contemporary Ballet, Vivaldi Contemporary Ensemble, Statues, Rhapsody In Blue Jazz Ensemble, The Casket Girls, Wild Wild West, Exodus, Once Upon A Time, La Llarona, The Seven Deadly Sins, Under The Big Top, Down on The Bayou, Achilles In Greek Mythology and Bolero. Miss Winkler has worked tirelessly on the study of choreography and is researching her subject matter in depth through the help of experts in the field, directing her to relevant and helpful resources. Hannah is excited to utilize her training and skills to the glory of God alongside her company dancers and staff.

Sarah Elizabeth Winkler, Design Director

Sarah is a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Carmel and a resident of Westfield. She is the in-house Design Director for Radiance Dance Company, as well as being responsible for a variety of administrative and creative areas.  Her talents include photography, set design, graphic design, and artwork.  She continues to study within her areas of interest while also serving as project coordinator, backstage preparation and management, and logistics. Sarah enjoys the variety of work involved in stage productions, spending time with the students and dancers, and hands-on projects.  Her bespoke creations add interest and quality to the performances. Sarah looks forward to using her talents to the glory of God as she works on the next season with Radiance.
